PC Diabetic Diary

PC Diabetic Diary is a tool to allow entry, monitoring and reporting on diabetes related blood tests and medications.

Originally designed to run as a companion tool to Palm Diabetic Diary it is now also available in a Stand Alone version where all data is entered, maintained and reported on from the PC.
